These Messaging Program Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your participation in the messaging program (the "Program") operated by CADC LLC ("Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). By opting into this Program — whether by submitting an online job application, replying to a text message confirming your interest in a position, or otherwise affirmatively indicating your consent — you ("Subscriber", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not opt into the Program.
The Operator operates a messaging program under the name "CADC Recruitment Communications" which delivers messages via RCS (Rich Communication Services) and SMS/MMS as a fallback (collectively, the "Channels"), powered through HomeField's messaging platform.
The purpose of this Program is to communicate with individuals who have applied for, or expressed interest in, organizer or canvasser positions with CADC LLC — including conducting eligibility screening, scheduling interviews, and providing updates related to the hiring process.

Your consent to receive messages through this Program is not a condition of employment, and declining to participate in this Program will not affect your eligibility for employment with CADC LLC, though it may affect the speed or manner in which CADC LLC is able to communicate with you about your application.
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with this Program and your current stage in the application or hiring process. During an active application or screening period, you may receive multiple messages within a short time frame (for example, screening questions sent in sequence, followed by a scheduling link).
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan and the channel through which messages are delivered. The Operator is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier in connection with your participation in this Program.
You may opt out of this Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from this Program.
Following a valid opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further Program messages will be sent to you, except as required by law. Opting out of this Program does not affect your job application or candidacy — if you have opted out of text messaging, CADC LLC's hiring team will attempt to reach you through the contact information and methods you have provided by other means (such as email or phone call) where practicable.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information with CADC LLC's hiring team and applicant tracking system (Salesforce), and with our scheduling provider (Calendly), as necessary to operate this Program and manage the hiring process. We may also share your information with our messaging platform provider, HomeField, and HomeField's underlying messaging infrastructure providers, solely for the purpose of delivering messages and maintaining the technical operation of this Program.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
We retain your application and screening information for as long as necessary to evaluate your candidacy and, thereafter, for the period CADC LLC generally retains employment application records, consistent with applicable recordkeeping requirements for employment applications.

The Operator reserves the right to remove any Subscriber from this Program at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.
THE PROGRAM AND ALL MESSAGES DELIVERED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF TECHNICAL FAILURES. MESSAGE DELIVERY IS SUBJECT TO THE CAPABILITIES AND AVAILABILITY OF YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, CARRIER, AND THE UNDERLYING MESSAGING INFRASTRUCTURE.
Completion of the screening questions through this Program, or receipt of an interview scheduling link, does not guarantee an offer of employment. All hiring decisions remain at CADC LLC's sole discretion.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Program at any time, with or without notice to Subscribers. The Operator also reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated to active Subscribers via a Program message prior to taking effect. Your continued participation in the Program following notice of an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your participation in this Program that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration will take place in Charlotte, NC or remotely by mutual agreement. Each party will bear its own costs and fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator with respect to your participation in this Program and supersede all prior understandings or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. The Operator's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms are solely between you and the Operator. No third party has any rights under these Terms.

Effective Date and Acceptance
These Terms are effective as of the date on which you opt into the Program. By opting into the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
